What this website saves

When you create an account, we save your name, email address, password hash, and the preferences you choose to share. We also save photos you upload and messages you send us. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes.

How we use it

We use these details to provide your account, remember your preferences, respond to requests, and operate the website. Necessary session cookies keep you signed in and help protect forms. This website does not include advertising trackers or embedded social feeds.

Your photos

Uploads are private by default. If you give gallery permission, an administrator reviews the photo before it is made public. You can withdraw permission or remove your photo in your account. We remove image location metadata when processing uploads.

Our service providers

The production website uses DigitalOcean for hosting and private photo storage, Neon for its database, and Resend to send contact notifications and account-recovery emails. Purchases are completed on Etsy and are handled under Etsy’s own terms and privacy policy. Opening a social or Etsy link takes you to that service.

Managing your information

Your profile and photos remain until you change them or request removal. Contact messages are retained to help resolve your request and maintain our service history. To ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your account information, email coodlescreations@gmail.com. Encrypted backup copies can persist after an account change or deletion; contact us for details about a request.
